Meet DJ KD
I'm Keduse Abuhay — 23, born and raised in Aurora, Colorado to Ethiopian immigrant parents. I'm a dancer and a DJ, and I also work with the Colorado Ethiopian Community non-profit as a Program Coordinator.
Whether it's a wedding, graduation, birthday party or any celebration, I make sure your night is memorable with customized playlists, top-notch equipment and an energy that never drops.

How We Plan Your Event
Every booking includes one-on-one planning meetings so nothing is left to chance.

Book & secure the date
Send the booking form, we confirm the package, and a deposit of half locks in your date.

One-on-one planning meeting
We sit down (in person or on a call) for about an hour to go through music, payments, the order of the night and your traditions.

Your custom schedule
I write out a full run-of-show with times, songs and cues, share it with you for approval, and run the event off it so the day flows smoothly.

Traditions are a big part of Ethiopian and Eritrean celebrations — we plan the entrance, eskista sets, cultural songs and any religious portions together so the order feels right.
